I was raised in South Bend and graduated from Marian High School and Saint Mary’s College. My husband, Mark, and I CHOSE MISHAWAKA 30 years ago to raise our four children. We love our town with its beautiful and safe neighborhoods and parks, friendly neighbors, great public schools, welcoming business environment and solid city government.

I joined the Common Council representing the 4th District in January 2012 and was re-elected in 2015 and 2019. In addition to my City Council work, I am Co-Chair of the Community Collaborating Committee for School City of Mishawaka and Chair of the Mishawaka Historic Preservation Commission. Geared toward  revitalizing our neighborhoods the Commission recently began a collaboration with Building Trades of Mishawaka High school to rehabilitate existing housing.  It is my true honor to serve my fellow citizens and nothing makes me happier than to help solve a problem for a neighbor! ​If I can help you, please contact me!
